
Amanda Louise Holden was born on February 16, 1971. She is an English actress, media personality and a singer. Since 2007 she has been a judge on the tv talent show competition Britain's Got Talent on ITV. Jamie Theakston and Holden co-host the Heart Breakfast radio program on every weekday morning. Holden was born in Portsmouth in Hampshire. She spent a lot of her childhood living in Bishop's Waltham. When she was nine, she joined the Bishop's Waltham Little Theatre Company. Holden also has TV credits, including three shows featuring Caroline Quentin and Chris Langham in the show Kiss Me Kate, three episodes of ITV's The Grimleys and Celeb With Harry Enfield, and a special Agatha Christie episode "4.50 from Paddington" for Boxing Day. In Ready When You Are Mr. McGill by Jack Rosenthal she appeared alongside Bill Nighy, Tom Courtenay and Aleha Dixon. Holden is the judge on Britain's Got Talent along with Simon Cowell, David Walliams, and Alesha Dixon. She was a judge on Britain's Got Talent between 2006 until the year 2006.
